The Winchester Hotel is set right in the heart of the historic city of Winchester AND IS ideally located for YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS. The Winchester Hotel is convenient for the A34, the M3 motorway, Southampton and Portsmouth. 2006 is a very exciting year at The Winchester Hotel AS THEY are currently investing 3 million pounds in the hotel. Phase Three has just started and involves the restaurant & bar being rebuilt and redesigned and launched as 'Hutton's Brasserie & Bar'. When all work is completed later this year the hotel WILL be upgraded to a 4* deluxe venue.

The new Malory Suite is an ideal conferencing room. It benefits from natural daylight as well as having touch control air-conditioning and lighting. In addition to having a full range of AV equipment the Malory Suite benefits from having wireless internet access available on an individual or group basis. All rooms fully air conditioned High speed broadband internet access - wireless connection in all suites. Individually designed and climate controlled rooms with natural daylight.

 

As the final part of the £3.5 million refurbishment, the new Bar and Brasserie will open in June of this year. The Brasserie will be completely rebuilt as a chic, sophisticated destination restaurant with walnut floors, leather banquette seating and a stunning feature wall and will be called Hutton's Bar & Brasserie.

Hutton's Bar & Brasserie will be serving modern European cuisine and will be the perfect venue for a bustling lunch, a quiet meeting in the afternoon or relaxing with a candlelit supper in the evening. Using fresh produce cooked with real care and attention, Hutton's Bar & Brasserie will not only complete the new hotel look but compliment it at the same time.

The Winchester Hotel offers 71 bedrooms all having been recently refurbished in a contemporary style. They are stylish and really comfortable, with plenty of space to work, to relax and to sleep.
