The hotel and spa offers extensive air-conditioned conference facilities in a purpose-built area featuring separate breakout and lounge areas. There are 18 meeting rooms which cater for between ten and 200 delegates, all rooms with natural daylight. Also available is a purpose-designed management training centre, including two training rooms. There is also a range of private dining rooms to choose from, which can be used individually or collectively to meet the needs of your guest list.

The Solent Hotel & Spa has 111 bedrooms and suites, furnished to an executive standard and featuring the highest quality decor and furnishings.
